How you Support Our Growth

They will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary technical liaison with Customer Success team on various client implementations of eA Products and applications
  • Working directly with customers to guide them through more technical aspects of the product and educating them on best practices
  • Gathering requirements in client meetings and communicating them to product owners and developers within the company
  • Analyze and interpret client operational needs and determine initial system configuration accordingly
  • Perform analysis and user training to ensure successful software deployment that supports adoption
  • Collaborate internally with Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Sales with a focus on meeting client needs and maintaining high-level customer service standards / Sharing client problems and advocate for features that will improve the client experience
  • Research, analyze, and resolve software functionality and reporting problems for clients

eSSENTIALS You Bring To The Table

  • 4+ years experience in a client facing environment including
    • Helping the clients learn the system
    • Gathering client requirements
    • Working with clients on system setup
    • Learning client problems and working with multiple teams with the company to find solutions
  • Experience with, our stack (below)
    • JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, Sass
    • NodeJS, MongoDB, Angular
    • Webpack, Rollup
    • Jasmine, puppeteer
    • TSLint/ESLint, Git
    • Docker, K8S, AWS
  • Solid understanding of software development through practical or academic experience
  • Experience developing in any common scripting language such as JavaScript, Python or Ruby
  • Prior exposure to web development, understanding of technologies and underlying principles
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly, and to listen carefully to the needs and experiences of others
  • Demonstrable problem-solving ability 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • People before process, team spirit

Desired But Not eSSENTIAL

  • Understanding of web accessibility
  • Prior experience building scalable applications for the cloud
  • Experience designing and building UI features that deliver a consistent, repeatable and superior customer experience
