How you Support Our Growth
You are a digital native and naturally drawn to the science of marketing. You are a self starter and willing to challenge the status quo of current marketing behaviours to push our business to the forefront of our industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working with demand, web, and content, work across the marketing function to identify, calendar, execute and analyse marketing activities
- Develop and coordinate the execution plans for market engagement activities like webinars, events, nurtures and campaigns
- Support cross-functional operations by project managing and aligning teammates
- Support partner marketing through the development of co-marketing activities, content and calendars
- Support demand, content and web through the operation of marketing automation by creating and executing emails, nurtures, workflows and campaigns
- Coordinate content creation, including partner content, and internal teams (landing pages, micro-sites, blogs, videos, messages and descriptions)
- Coordinate and perform day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaign set-up, scheduling, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and dynamic campaigns
- Pull and analyze data to support the reporting cadence and departmental targets such as contribution to sales pipeline, channel performance reporting, CAC and LTV
- Update and maintain the marketing dashboard
- Create graphic items (banner, flyers, images) to support digital marketing initiatives
- Manage social media calendars, coordinate social outreach to support campaigns, and execute social posting
- Monitor analytics and insights on social media reach.
- Monitor trends and topics
- Working with partner and sales teams, ensure partner onboarding and training is distributed
eSSENTIALS You Bring To The Table
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration or any other related field OR equivalent of the same in working experience
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing
- Be a key player partnering with sales, marketing teams as well as the executive leadership team
- Highly adaptable and able learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions that ensure continuous improvement of lead generation & overall growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from creative to technical
- Have a working knowledge of SalesForce.com
- Awesome analytical skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and MS Excel
Desired But Not eSSENTIAL
- Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
- Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
