How You Support Our Growth

Our digital properties across web, digital advertising, marketing automation and social media are key to our ongoing explosive growth. We’re looking for a talented, experienced web producer or manager to take full ownership of the ongoing development, improvement, maintenance and optimization of our web experiences.


With a focus on growth marketing and demand generation, you will:


  • Own the ongoing operations, maintenance, production and results from our web properties
  • Responsible for the calendar, execution, operation, management and maintenance of eSSENTIAL Accessibilities web properties
  • Create new landing pages, forms, web pages, blog posts and other artifacts across WordPress, Hubspot, Unbounce and related technologies
  • Use existing and create new design elements for CTAs, photos, infographics, etc., to support web experiences
  • Working with the demand team, identify, implement, measure, optimize and maintain landing pages, conversion mechanisms, and other on-page conversion optimization components
  • Working with our SEO agency, content team, and cross-functionally, identify, operationalize, manage and execute content creation opportunities, including owning the web content calendar
  • Working with internal and external design resources, continually upgrade the quality of the visual experience on our digital properties
  • Create, analyze and distributed analytics on the performance of the website from visitor through pipeline creation using Google Analytics, Hubspot and Salesforce reporting
  • Analyze and optimize content and experience performance from an SEO, engagement and demand generation perspective
  • Provide insights and recommendations on improving web properties including design, content, information architecture, experience design and competitive analysis


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience operating or manage web properties
  • Strong HTML and CSS skills
  • History and experience managing SEO program
  • Javascript/Front-end developer skills a plus
  • Experience with Wordpress-drive sites
  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Unbounce landing pages
  • Experience with Salesforce for reporting and analysis a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, executive management and others
  • Self-starter with a passionate drive to achieve demonstrated results
