eSSENTIAL Accessibility is continuing its explosive growth and we need a seasoned Sr. Sales Development Rep to help us drive even better results from our inbound programs.

Now, we’re ready to stand up a dedicated inbound SDR function. In this role, you’ll help us prove out the power of an SDR-led inbound experience, improve the quality, volume and velocity of inbound leads, and create real value for our customers.

Role & Requirements

We are a start up and our SDRs are hungry and results driven Sales professionals. They partner with a highly competitive team of outbound BDRs, Account Executives, Managers, and Strategists and leverage strategic research and creative writing to hook new prospects into a lead generating funnel.

  • Working on the foundation of the existing BDR inbound process, create, enhance and execute the inbound process
  • Engage with inbound inquiries to qualify, educate and excite
  • Route qualified inquiries to Account Executives through booked meetings and demo calls
  • Collaborate with outbound BDRs and Account Executives to maximize the quality of meetings, provide initial intelligence, and cycle feedback
  • Working closely with the CMO and the Director of Demand Generation, develop the emails, scripts and cadences that will maximize results
  • Develop a robust and deep understanding of the digital accessibility space and eA’s differentiation in the market


    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in an inbound, B2B SaaS SDR role
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • Ability to create, test, optimize and maintain automatic and manual touchpoint cadences
    • Excellent verbal and written skills, especially in telephone and email contexts
    • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision-makers and determine the buying process 
    • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Insatiable desire to learn and ability to adapt to changing routines and software 
    • Experience with Outreach and Salesforce a plus
