How you Support Our Growth

As a modern content marketer, you understand how content can elevate a brand’s impression in the market. You bring your fantastic communication skills to bear across our portfolio of content including web, blog, SEO, email, digital, ads, whitepapers, infographics, social and more. As an integral part of the content marketing engine, you’ll own program execution for your projects ensuring great content that performs is delivered at every stage. You’re a passionate storyteller, deeply curious, and love to learn and share with the world via the written word.


Role & Responsibilities

  • Working with the content, web, demand and other teams, create content to support our go-to-market, thought leadership and customer experience objectives
  • Execute the creation, validation and approval of content like web pages, blog posts, emails, social, ads, infographics, whitepapers, and other related assets
  • Manage your activities against a content calendar and ensure on-time delivery
  • Develop content to support webinars, events and social engagement
  • Proactively learn about our industry and product capabilities through market research and engaging with product and delivery teams internally
  • Monitor the effectiveness of content and revise as needed to support KPIs
  • Interview internal stakeholders and create ghost-written thought leadership
  • Engage with product and product marketing to understand the offering and ensure accurate and compelling descriptions of our product and value proposition


eSSENTIALS You Bring To The Table

  • A bachelor’s degree in English, Writing or similar; OR equivalent of the same in working experience
  • 3-5+ years experience in a B2B writing role, preferably in SaaS
  • Compelling storyteller with an instinct for narratives that engage B2B audiences across marketing, digital, commerce and legal personas
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from creative to technical
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office and Google Docs, especially Word and PowerPoint
  • Portfolio of B2B writing demonstrating excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
  • Demonstrated ability to run design projects from start to finish, to deadlines, collaborating across stakeholders and functions


Desired But Not eSSENTIAL

  • Knowledge of digital accessibility and disability inclusion
  • Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
